• Degree or Diploma or Vocational in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2-5 years solid experience in Elevator and Escalator troubleshooting.
• Ability to maintain and repair multiple brand elevators in the market.
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Accountable for service operations such as monthly PPM, Call-outs, repair works, modernization.
• Accountable for client satisfaction in their area.
• Accountable for safety in the work place.
• Responsible for submitting reports, timesheets, surveys details on-time.
• Valid UAE driving license
