Enterprise Technical Architect – Retail & Digital Commerce

Dubai, UAE

We are partnering with a leading retail organisation to hire an Enterprise Technical Architect to shape and drive the architecture strategy for their omnichannel retail and ecommerce platforms .

This role will play a key part in aligning technology with business growth across multiple regions, designing scalable, cloud-native solutions across the organisation’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy for omnichannel retail platforms
• Design scalable solutions across ecommerce, OMS, ERP, CRM, POS, CMS, Loyalty and PIM systems
• Drive architecture across Azure cloud environments, integrations and microservices
• Lead API-first and event-driven integration strategies
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
• Ensure platforms meet security, performance and compliance standards

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Enterprise / Technical Architecture
• Hands-on background with C# / .NET and Azure cloud
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture and integrations
• Exposure to retail, ecommerce or omnichannel platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

We are looking for a well-rounded architect with solid experience across cloud, integrations and digital commerce platforms , rather than a deep specialist in a single area.
