We are seeking a Sales Executive who is proactive, strategic, and passionate about AI and data intelligence. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the first point of contact for new clients, developing and nurturing relationships that will drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Generate and nurture leads across target markets, converting prospects into valuable clients
  • • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their unique needs to recommend tailored AI solutions.
  • • Develop a solid understanding of Ragworks AI’s products to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • • Guide prospective clients through onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition to Ragworks AI’s platform.
  • • Collaborate with the founding team to refine and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment on client feedback and market trends.
  • • Proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance client engagement and experience.

Qualifications:

  • • Proven 5+ years experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving targets, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with and influence diverse audiences.
  • • Ability to understand and articulate the business value of AI and data intelligence products.
  • • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • • Experience in the AI, data intelligence, or tech consulting sectors.
  • • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management.
  • • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and Arabic.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
