Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce enterprise solutions.
• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and govern Salesforce integrations (REST, Platform Events, CDC, ETL, AWS tools).
• Architect integrations with ERP, finance, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive automation using Flow, Apex, LWC, and Lightning components.
• Ensure strong governance across data model, security, performance, and multi-org strategy.
• Manage DevOps, CI/CD, and version control practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead solution workshops.
• Document architecture, solution design, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years overall experience; 8+ years as Salesforce Architect.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and AWS.
• Strong hands-on in Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce administration.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (ERP, Finance, HR, middleware).
• Preferred: Salesforce CTA and TOGAF certifications.
