Overview

• Core hours of covering the US shift with responsibility for covering EU or APAC shifts when required.
• Accountable to Head of Trading for PnL and risk management across all business lines and asset classes, adhering to all company risk management policies.
• Work closely with Quantitative Risk Management division to optimize company revenue performance.
• Liaise with retail, B2B and Institutional Sales and Business Development departments in onboarding process.
• Assist in ongoing project work to develop new products and trading/risk management tools.
• Ensure risk limits are adhered to, and all procedures are carried out to the highest standard.
• Participate in new product release process, product specification, price provision and product management.
• Monitor order execution and price distribution across the group.
• Assist with the development of trading room practices and procedures; ensuring all process documents are kept up-to-date and in line with regulation and Equiti group policy.
• Ongoing analytics to ensure book segmentation remains optimal.
• Monitor pricing and risk algorithms for post trade order execution methods.
• Aid Trading Operations on any issues related to reconciliation, swaps, dividends, futures expiries, instrument setups, sweeps, market holidays.
• Be a point of contact for other Equiti teams to aid them with trading related queries.
