  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate site manager needs as a trusted thought partner who proactively identifies issues, develops creative solutions, improves team operations, and demonstrates organizational skills by prioritizing tasks with precision and detail.
  • Establish exemplary trust with executives, stakeholders, or site leadership, illustrating leadership with cross-functional partners and leaders within the site. 
  • Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events. Complete travel coordination tasks, and execute expense management activities independently. 
  • Maintain the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with an understanding of Google policies and procedures.
  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
