Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in executive search, advising Google Vice president or external equivalent, executive clients on talent and hiring, and managing the end-to-end executive search process.
- Experience in the advertising, media, or consumer technology sectors.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building and cultivating relationships with executive applicants and stakeholder leaders in a dynamic global business environment.
- Experience interpreting talent data or hiring trends to prepare recommendations facilitating leadership decision-making.
- Knowledge of Google’s consumer products and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to apply knowledge of the client’s business domain to act as a trusted partner and ensure all Executive Recruiting support initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Ability to influence across teams to align talent resources and direction to meet business needs.
- Ability to build and maintain an executive talent network internally and externally, identifying opportunities for cultivation and development.

As an Executive Recruiting Lead, you will serve as a subject-matter specialist and trusted advisor for business leaders regarding talent and recruiting needs for Americas’ Large Customer Sales (ALCS) and Global Client & Agency Solutions (GCAS) talent ecosystems. You will drive outcomes to meet hiring demand while executing a consistent process. In addition to owning the recruitment life cycle, you will act as an external talent ecosystem lead, mapping L7+ talent at leading Ad Sales competitors to ensure Google is positioned to attract the best in the market.

Responsibilities
- Lead the leadership searches for Americas’ Large Customer Sales (ALCS) and Global Client & Agency Solutions (GCAS), providing excellent partnership to stakeholder leaders.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor and act as a subject-matter specialist for business leaders, leveraging planning to anticipate staffing issues and utilizing the knowledge of Google-wide and Google Executive Recruiting specific hiring processes.
- Lead Talent Ecosystem mapping and maintain the talent lists and lead functional practice meetings focused on L7+ talent at primary Ad Sales competitors.
- Identify gaps in business talent needs and source both active and passive niche candidates to address them.
- Develop Recruiting Strategy and collaborate with recruiting partners and business leaders to co-create hiring strategies and manage applicant analysis.
