The candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience and ability to perform required functions associated with their job and with the scale of operations effectively.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position preferably in the Middle East and/or UAE.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of CAR-OPS, EU, and any associated resources and procedures.

Must hold:

• Current ATPL (UAE GCAA, EASA, or Equivalent)
• Current First Class Medical
• TRE/TRI Certification

Must be Type Rated on one or more of the following aircraft types:

Rotary Wing

• Bell 412EP
• A109S/SP
• EC 130 B4
• EC 135P2+

Fixed Wing

• Embraer Lineage 1000
• Embraer Legacy 600
• Gulfstream 450

Minimum flight experience of either, or a combination of:

Rotary Wing: 5000 Hours (Medium Twin)
Fixed Wing: 5000 Hours PIC
2000 Hours PIC Offshore
1000 Hours Turbo Jet

Experience

• Dual Rated Rotary Wing & Fixed Wing is an asset
• Must possess excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multi-culture team to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
