Key Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting and Styling:

Provide professional haircuts for women and girls.
Style hair according to client preferences or current trends.
Suggest suitable hairstyles based on face shape and lifestyle.

Hair Coloring and Treatments:

Apply hair coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, and root touch-ups.
Perform hair treatments such as keratin, protein, and deep conditioning.

Customer Service:

Greet and consult with clients to understand their requirements.
Recommend haircare products and aftercare routines.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty.

Salon Maintenance:

Ensure workstations are clean and organized.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including sterilizing tools.
Maintain inventory of hair products and tools.

Trendy Services:

Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
Offer creative solutions for bridal or special occasion hairstyling.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a professional hairdresser (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, hairstyles, and hair treatments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Certification in cosmetology or hairdressing is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
Must be female and comfortable working in a women-only salon.
Multilingual skills (English and (local language)) are an advantage.
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
