Persian Horizon is seeking a Field Marketing & Collaborations Lead to drive market visibility, strategic partnerships, and on-ground brand execution while supporting growth across investment services, business acquisitions, and buying/selling businesses .
This role is responsible for translating business strategy into high-impact field marketing initiatives and collaboration-driven lead generation , with a strong commercial focus on investor engagement, acquisition opportunities, and transaction pipelines. The position requires a balance of strategic planning, relationship management, and hands‑on execution .
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with company objectives across investment services and business transaction verticals .
Lead on-ground initiatives including brand activations, pop‑ups, roadshows, networking events, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns .
Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all field marketing activities.
Drive measurable outcomes through structured planning, execution, and post‑campaign evaluation.
Strategic Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic collaborations with brands, venues, corporates, investor networks, business communities, and ecosystem partners.
Design and execute co‑marketing and partnership initiatives that generate qualified investor, buyer, and seller leads.
Manage end‑to‑end collaboration execution, including partner onboarding, alignment, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships to support sustainable deal flow and market credibility.
Investment Services & Business Buying/Selling Support
Support field initiatives related to investment services , including investor outreach, opportunity awareness, and market positioning.
Actively contribute to initiatives focused on buying and selling businesses , engaging business owners, operators, buyers, and strategic investors.
Collaborate with internal commercial teams to professionally position opportunities through market‑facing materials, presentations, and outreach channels .
Maintain awareness of market dynamics, valuation drivers, and sector trends to inform field strategies and engagement efforts.
Market Presence, Lead Generation & Growth
Serve as the on‑ground representative of Persian Horizon across priority markets and industry platforms.
Generate and qualify leads through events, collaborations, partnerships, and direct field engagement.
Ensure effective handover of qualified leads to internal teams for commercial follow‑up.
Strengthen brand trust, visibility, and authority within investor and business owner communities.
Performance Tracking & Execution Excellence
Monitor and report performance across field marketing and collaboration initiatives using defined KPIs.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights, feedback, and market response.
Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and external partners to ensure efficient and high‑quality execution.
Maintain professional standards, discretion, and brand integrity across all external engagements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between field activity and business objectives.
Support leadership with market insights, partnership feedback, and execution learnings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, partnerships, or business development
- Working knowledge of investment services and business buying/selling
- Proven ability to execute on‑ground marketing activations and strategic collaborations
- Strong network across business owners, investors, brands, or corporate partners (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
