Overview

Finacle Application Support Specialist role at Dicetek LLC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for Finacle applications, including issue resolution and incident management within the ITIL framework.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application problems across environments; perform configuration and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor application performance and perform tuning and optimization as needed.
  • Handle interface-related issues and collaborate with middleware systems such as TIBCO, Open API, and microservices.
  • Resolve tickets with quality, within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactive monitoring and incident analysis to prevent outages and minimize downtime.
  • Contribute to workflow maintenance and configuration as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical position in large organizations.
  • Banking background.
  • Functional knowledge of Finacle Application (version 10x or above).
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in handling interface-related issues and familiarity with middleware systems (TIBCO, Open API, microservices).
  • Experience in application production support within the ITIL framework.
  • Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Application performance tuning and optimization.
  • Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
  • Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis.
  • Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration.
