Scope of Work

The candidates will be responsible for driving operational discipline budget integrity and financial planning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning forecasting and financial reporting processes
• Oversee commercial agreements vendor relationships and contract compliance
• Develop cost efficiency frameworks and financial dashboards for leadership
• Support new business modelling investment planning and revenue tracking
• Manage procurement budget controls and expenditure workflows
• Review pricing structures proposals and financial terms with external clients
• Align financial strategies with the companys strategic goals and risk appetite
• Support audits regulatory compliance and internal governance
• Advise the CEO on financial positioning risks and cost optimization
• Build systems and processes that ensure transparency accountability and scalability
• Prepare and process monthly payroll

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; professional certifications (CPA CMA ACCA CFA) are a plus.
• 5 years of experience in financial management planning or budgeting.
• Strong skills in financial modelling forecasting and cost control.
• Experience managing procurement vendor contracts and commercial agreements.
• Solid understanding of audits compliance and financial governance.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical communication and leadership abilities.
