Responsibilities

• Monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet production targets efficiently.
• Supervise and provide guidance to team members on the manufacturing floor.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancement strategies.
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to and promote a safe workplace.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
• Oversee the training and development of new and existing employees.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce equipment downtime effectively.
• Collaborate with quality control to address product defects and issues.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize production delays.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in inventory management to ensure materials availability for production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
