Overview
Our client is an investment organisation based in Dubai. They are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to be based at their Headquarters in a highly desirable location within Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the company at the front desk, greeting visitors, assisting with requests and ensuring that visitors feel welcome at all times.
- Take incoming calls and route them accordingly, liaising with internal Directors and members of the Management Team and handling requests.
- Support the Facilities Management Team, source and maintain relationships with suppliers and external contractors.
- Ensure that emergency and security procedures for the building are in place.
- Assist the FM Coordinator with ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Two to three years’ experience in a similar role, with a background in hospitality or customer service.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Native English speaker.
- Personal values: approachable, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an excellent telephone manner. A smart, immaculate appearance is expected.
