Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury interiors, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the company, including sales, marketing, project management, and finance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Manage and lead a team of designers, project managers, and other staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competition, making recommendations for improvement and innovation
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all projects align with the company’s brand and vision
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the luxury interiors industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving business growth
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of performance
- Knowledge of industry trends and competition
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
