Job Title: General Manager- Sales and Administration

Industry: Chemicals Manufacturer or a Chemical Distribution

Location: Sharjah

Employment Type: Full-time

We are hiring an experienced General Manager who can lead a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Coordinators across MENA and GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Increase market share and build a strong brand presence.
2. Supervise and lead BDMs and Sales Coordinators.
3. Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to the team.
4. Set clear, achievable performance targets for BDMs and monitor their progress.
5. Monitor sales reports, new leads, and enhance new business growth.
6. Provide leadership, manage, and mentor a high-performing team.
7. Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

1. Chemical Engineer/MBA-Marketing/Master’s in International Business preferred.
2. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in team management and team building.
3. Experience as a General Manager in Sales and Administration.
4. Products handled: Solvents, Chemicals, Lubricants, and Specialty Chemicals.
5. Experience in managing remote or outstation sales/business development teams.
6. Valid UAE Driving License.
