General Manager – Wholesale & Exports (Consumer Electronics & Appliances)

LHH Middle East is partnering with a well‑established Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics organization to appoint its next General Manager – Wholesale & Exports (Consumer Electronics & Appliances) for Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially driven executive with deep experience in consumer electronics, small domestic appliances, and white goods , and a strong track record in building distributor networks and driving export growth in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow wholesale and export sales across Africa, CIS, and other international markets
  • Develop and manage distributor and wholesaler partnerships
  • Drive pricing, product positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with key partners
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the wholesale/export sales team
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Represent the business at trade fairs and international industry events
  • Deliver revenue growth and profitability targets through disciplined execution

Key Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in wholesale/export sales within consumer electronics, SDA, or white goods
  • Minimum 10 years in a leadership or general management role
  • Strong exposure to Middle East, Africa, and CIS export markets
  • Established distributor and partner network across emerging markets
  • Proven ability to drive growth, manage teams, and close complex deals
  • Willingness to travel extensively internationally
