Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, planning, and management across all entities and international offices.
  • Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure the Group’s financial stability and growth.
  • Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the Group’s expansion plans and risk appetite.
  • Manage and monitor financial exposure, assets, and liabilities across all business units.
  • Provide financial leadership on major capital projects, developments, and acquisitions.
  • Implement robust financial controls, policies, and governance across the Group.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team on long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across geographies, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax frameworks, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Group CFO / Finance Leader within real estate, property development, or a related industry.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally with international exposure.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, investments, and asset management.
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, financial risk, capital structuring, and treasury functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at Group level with multiple subsidiaries and international branches.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
