Job Responsibilities

1. Drive the implementation of the Group’s strategy in the Middle East, ensuring the achievement of regional revenue and operational targets.
2. Oversee regional business operations, ensuring order fulfillment and timely project delivery.
3. Liaise with Arabic-speaking governments, oil companies, and partners to expand markets and key resources.
4. Build a localized team and cross-cultural collaboration mechanism to improve organizational operational efficiency.
5. Interpret local laws and contracts, and lead QHSE (Quality, Health, and Safety) implementation and regional compliance management.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, International Business, or related fields (MBA preferred); over 10 years of experience in the oilfield services industry, over 8 years of experience working in the Middle East region, and over 5 years of mid-to-senior level management experience in multinational corporations.
2. Proficient in Arabic business negotiation, familiar with oil and gas technology systems and Middle Eastern market rules.
3. Strong resilience and rapid execution capabilities.
4. Pragmatic work style, and alignment with Anton’s culture and values.
