Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, sales, or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues, complete tasks, and manage projects involving Korean clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising, or media campaigns
- Experience with media across a variety of platforms (e.g., TV, Radio, Print, Sponsorship, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work effectively with a team.
About the job
The gReach Program is a paid upskilling program for early career and industry professionals (with less than 5 years of working experience) with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.
gReach Associates will be placed in teams across different product areas. Participants will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further sharpen their professional skills. gReach Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions. We welcome aspiring individuals who are willing to grow as professionals through the learning experience at Google.
As a gReach Associate, you will work on one large project, complete a few smaller projects, or do the day-to-day work to support the business. You will contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and have the opportunity to add long-lasting value beyond the conclusion of their gReach program. You will closely work with a host manager and team members who will help identify project goals, while also inspiring, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of the gReach program.

Responsibilities
- Capture sales leads by driving customer outreach, pitching sales opportunities, and supporting external customer event arrangements.
- Partner with the AppDev team to drive strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives by developing scalable pitch templates, sales resources, and actionable insights.
- Conduct market/business analysis of managed portfolio of businesses including any recent VC investment news to identify new sales opportunities.
- Stay at the forefront of the mobile app ecosystem and Google’s evolving ad solutions; translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for customers.
