Job Details

• At least 7 to 8 years of Oracle HCM Techno-functional support experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Implementation knowledge is preferred.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

• 6-8 years of progressive experience as a techno-functional consultant in HR operations, supporting the Employee Lifecycle and HR Service Delivery.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Goals and Performance, L&D, Talent and Succession.
• Experience with HR Modules configuration, Fast Formula, HDL, HSDL, HCM extracts, BIP, OTBI reports, and sandbox personalizations.
• Proficiency in writing queries, data extraction, and supporting data validation.
• Experience in supporting solutions across multiple HR functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and testing skills, including UAT support and training development.
• Experience with automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience implementing at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM projects, with hands-on experience in technical and functional changes within an integrated ecosystem.
