Role Summary

Whats on Your Plate

  • Monitor and maintain partner performance order growth net fail rate and net take rates.
  • Responsible for vertical commissions and profitability.
  • Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
  • Ensure achieving the monthly vertical account management targets.
  • Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
  • Handle communication with the team live meetings email correspondence reporting etc.
  • Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Logistics and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.
  • Communicate business performance to key business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead on new projects initiatives required across the Local Shops Vertical.

What Did We Order

  • Bachelors Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Sales/ Account Management in E-commerce Food – tech Consultancy or large Multinational FMCG background

  • Planning and Organizing Skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.
  • Fluent in English Arabic would be beneficial.
