A growing institutional digital assets business is hiring a senior compliance professional in the UAE.

We are looking for a Compliance Manager, Compliance Director or Head of Compliance with strong institutional crypto / digital assets experience and proven exposure to FSRA and/or VARA relationships. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path into MLRO responsibility.

Key requirements:

• Strong regulator-facing experience with FSRA and/or VARA
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
• Senior compliance leadership experience

This role would suit someone from an institutional trading, tokenisation, digital payments or broader institutional crypto background.

Hybrid working across Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.
