ITP Media Group is looking for a brilliant, creative and dynamic Head of Creative with multi‑media experience to lead print, digital and video creative across a portfolio of media brands.

This is a hands‑on, functional role. The Head of Creative is responsible for setting and maintaining standards, leading a team and executing design across print magazines, social, digital and video assets.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience in magazine, social and digital design, and directing video assets.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for establishing, leading, reinforcing and reinventing (as required) the overall visual and design aesthetic of a portfolio of media brands, across digital, print, application, video and all other media.
  • Manage, motivate and mentor a team, growing and developing each individual’s skillset and responsibilities.
  • Be hands‑on in the process – doing the work alongside your team, setting the standard for the intensity and quality of output for the department.
  • Variously lead, advise on and execute magazine covers across the portfolio, in collaboration with brand editors.
  • Ensure all design projects are comprehensively translated across all platforms simultaneously.
  • Create original artwork for digital and print adverts.
  • Create original logo concepts for co‑branded projects.
  • Create original digital and event artwork for ITP brands and ITP clients, identifying opportunities for redesigns and refreshes on long‑standing activations.
  • Work with editorial and commercial teams on a variety of projects for ITP’s brands and clients, with an ability to jump between different themes day‑to‑day.
  • Lead the continued visual innovation of the brands across new and existing media, setting structure and deadlines for all necessary collateral across all products and projects throughout the year.
  • Spearhead the development of new branding and marketing collateral at key intervals throughout the year.
  • Have your finger on the pulse of the global design scene, new and emerging trends in digital, social and video formats.

Essential skills

  • Education / Experience: At least six years’ relevant industry experience.
  • Essential skills: fluent in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Desirable skills: experience in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Arabic desirable.
