Duties

• Work closely with project delivery partners and service providers during the design phase. Monitor site progress to ensure design work is completed on time and according to plans and specifications.
• Supervise the development of project design concepts, drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Ensure design plans and documents comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proactively identify design-related risks during the design phase and implement corrective actions to address issues and maintain progress.
• Promote innovative and sustainable design practices to enhance project efficiency and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure design work quality by preparing detailed reports summarizing the status of the design phase and highlighting any design-related issues.
