Our client is a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in the private sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full development of real estate development projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor compliance with KSA regulations and industry standards, ensuring that projects meet all necessary legal and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in real estate development and construction, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects through the entire project life cycle.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role within the real estate sector, preferably with exposure to the Saudi Arabian market.
• Deep understanding of the real estate development life-cycle, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
