My client a leading multinational technology organisation is looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis . This is a strategic leadership position working closely with the CFO and executive team to drive financial visibility, improve planning processes, and support key business decisions.

The role will focus on shaping the organisation’s financial planning framework, strengthening forecasting and budgeting practices, and providing meaningful insights that help guide growth and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing and improving budgeting processes and long-term financial planning
• Enhancing reporting capabilities to support better, data-driven decisions
• Identifying potential financial risks and supporting mitigation strategies
• Developing and leading a high-performing FP&A team
• Leading the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities
• Supporting audit activities and working with external partners where required
• Overseeing financial controls and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies
• Driving improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and planning platforms
• Partnering with senior leadership to provide commercial and strategic financial insights

Requirements

• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Ability to partner effectively with executive stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Professional finance qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are advantageous
• Strong background in finance, with hands-on experience in multinational, IT, or technology companies is a MUST.
• At least 11+ years experience in a similar role with 5+ being in management.
