We are scaling aggressively and seeking a visionary Head of Growth to lead this expansion.

About the Role

The Head of Growth will serve as the strategic driver of marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion across all five salons.

This role requires a commercially minded leader who combines digital expertise, operational discipline, and team leadership to deliver measurable business growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead both marketing and sales functions and build scalable systems for long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across all salon locations
• Lead and mentor marketing and sales teams (10+ team members)
• Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
• Oversee paid media performance (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Implement and optimize CRM systems and automated customer journeys
• Establish scalable processes to support multi-location expansion
• Deliver structured performance reports and strategic insights to the CEO

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Dubai
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty or luxury industry
• Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses with measurable results
• Strong expertise in:
• Meta Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Google Ads
• CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members
• Fluent in English (Arabic language is a strong advantage)
