Position – Head of Marketing & Communications

Location: Dubai,

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing & Communications will own brand narrative, demand engine, market presence, relationships, and customer lifecycle marketing strategy. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring equal strength in brand building, performance marketing, events, content, and revenue alignment.

Required Skills

  • 10–12+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology
  • services.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and partner‑led GTM models.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution mindset.
  • Data‑driven, commercially sharp, and creatively strong.
  • High ownership mentality and comfortable operating in scale‑up environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy, PR & Market Positioning

  • Define and continuously refine RNS’s differentiated positioning in cybersecurity and AI security.
  • Drive PR strategy including press releases, awards, executive thought leadership, and media visibility.
  • Strengthen founder and leadership positioning in cybersecurity and AI security conversations.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website, decks, events, social, and partner platforms.

2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Design multi‑channel demand generation strategy aligned to revenue targets.
  • Build inbound programs across content marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, webinars, and co‑marketing.
  • Launch Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Implement performance marketing with measurable ROI and CAC tracking.
  • Build dashboards for MQL, SQL, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.

3. Events & Executive Engagement Strategy

  • Own end‑to‑end execution of executive roundtables, partner roadshows, conferences, and workshops.
  • Align events to pipeline creation and customer expansion goals.
  • Ensure structured follow‑ups and measurable revenue impact.
  • Repurpose event content into digital assets and thought leadership.

4. Customer Marketing & Expansion

  • Build structured lifecycle campaigns from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Drive upsell and cross‑sell campaigns across services and AI security capabilities.
  • Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and social proof assets.
  • Partner with delivery and account teams to identify expansion opportunities.

5. Content & Thought Leadership Engine

  • Own high‑impact copy including website, campaign messaging, and executive presentations.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business‑focused narratives.
  • Build consistent LinkedIn and executive branding presence.

6. Marketing Operations & Team Building

  • Build marketing operations framework including CRM integration and attribution models.
  • Establish KPIs across brand, pipeline, digital, and customer marketing.
  • Create annual marketing budget aligned with growth targets.
  • Build and scale a high‑performance marketing team over time.

7. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Strengthen RNS employer brand across LinkedIn and industry forums.
  • Promote culture, leadership, and growth stories to attract top cybersecurity talent.
  • Align internal communications with external brand narrative.
