Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the company’s commercial growth and brand‑building efforts. You will be responsible for setting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue and elevating brand presence in the market and leading a high‑performance team. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring creativity, leadership and strong business expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and brand positioning to identify new opportunities.
- Set sales goals, KPIs and track performance to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑value clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposals, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Supervise CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting, and monthly reporting to studio management.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on leads, proposals, and client communications to maximize conversion rates.
- Represent the company in client meetings, pitches, presentations, exhibitions, and major business and networking events.
- Lead pricing strategies, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with the premium positioning and profitability goals.
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly translated into deliverables.
- Monitor client satisfaction and post‑project engagement to support retention, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
- Define and execute a complete marketing strategy aligned with the luxury design positioning in the UAE market.
- Elevate brand awareness and perception among high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s sophisticated identity.
- Attract potential customers and create high‑quality, engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Plan and execute multi‑channel campaign planning, execution and performance optimization.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, and performance marketing to generate qualified leads.
- Manage email marketing, CRM workflows, newsletters, and automated engagement journeys.
- Monitor digital performance metrics to optimize strategic campaigns and ROI.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, photographers, videographers and design publications.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, sales KPIs and marketing campaign performance.
- Use data insights to optimize strategy and improve ROI.
- Manage budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, setting goals and performance expectations.
- Work closely with design, project delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Qualifications

- Proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in luxury services, design, real estate or private sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication.
