We are not just a salon.

We are building a beauty brand, a media platform, and a content engine.

We are looking for a high-level Head of Social Media who can turn our platforms into one of the most influential beauty pages in Dubai.

If you know how to:

• create viral content
• build trust
• and convert followers into real clients

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full social media strategy
• Grow and manage platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
• Design viral content concepts for Reels, Shorts, and short-form videos
• Lead and coordinate the content creation team
• Collaborate with beauty influencers and creators
• Drive real salon bookings through social media campaigns
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy
• Build a strong and recognizable brand presence online

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years social media management experience in Dubai
• Experience in Beauty, Salon, Cosmetics, or Aesthetic brands
• Proven ability to create viral short-form content
• Experience growing accounts to large audiences
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Experience working with beauty influencers and creators
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s beauty and lifestyle market
