Job Description

  • Identify and acquirenew business opportunities, including deals, projects, and market entryinitiatives.
  • Lead negotiations andcommercial discussions for high-impact partnerships and ventures.
  • Convert strategicopportunities into scalable, revenue-generating outcomes.

Geographic Expansion

  • Define and executegeographic expansion strategies across local, regional, and internationalmarkets.
  • Assess marketfeasibility, entry models, and risk factors.
  • Establish operationaland partnership frameworks for new locations.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and maintainhigh-level relationships with developers, investors, institutionalpartners, and key stakeholders.
  • Structure long-termstrategic alliances aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Represent the companyin high-level meetings, forums, and negotiations.

Internal & External Enablement

  • Open doors internallyby aligning leadership, sales, marketing, and operations around expansiongoals.
  • Open doors externallyby leveraging networks to accelerate market access and deal flow.
  • Act as a trustedadvisor to leadership on growth and expansion strategy.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Work closely with theCEO and executive leadership on long-term growth planning.
  • Track expansionperformance, deal pipelines, and strategic outcomes.
  • Provide regular updatesand strategic insights to the Board and leadership team.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree inbusiness, Finance, or a related field.

· 10–15 years of experience in businessexpansion, partnerships, or corporate development.

· Real estate, investments, or adjacentindustries experience preferred.

  • Proven track recordin geographic expansion and strategic deal execution.
