My client a leading IT company is looking for a Head of Technology & Transformation to take full accountability for building, commercializing, and operationalizing a high-impact technology practice serving complex enterprise environments. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for shaping service direction, strengthening delivery capability, and driving profitable expansion through innovation-led modernization.

Responsibilities

  • Full leadership of a multi-domain technology function with responsibility for strategy, capability development, and market differentiation.
  • Define multi-year growth and innovation priorities aligned to broader corporate objectives.
  • Anticipate shifts in enterprise technology consumption models and position the organization ahead of demand curves.
  • Govern the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-scale solutions across infrastructure modernization, cyber resilience, intelligent systems, cloud transformation, and advanced connectivity.
  • Establish architectural principles and technical standards to ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance.
  • Oversee large, multi-year modernization initiatives involving platform transformation, automation at scale, and data-driven operating model redesign.
  • Enable clients to transition from legacy operating structures to agile, digitally enabled environments.
  • Drive measurable business impact including cost optimization, operational efficiency, and revenue enablement.
  • Design and expand high-performing technical organizations across architecture, engineering, consulting, and program leadership disciplines.
  • Implement oversight frameworks for major transformation programs, ensuring predictable outcomes and managed risk exposure.
  • Standardize governance models across business units and geographies.
  • Optimize workforce utilization, cost structures, and investment allocation.
  • Translate technology capabilities into compelling market propositions.
  • Partner with commercial leaders to design expansion strategies and penetrate strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • You must have previous experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary technology teams.
  • Demonstrated delivery of complex modernization programs in sophisticated enterprise landscapes.
  • Strong technical grounding in either, enterprise infrastructure, security architecture, distributed cloud platforms, data ecosystems, intelligent automation, or advanced networking.
  • Track record of scaling regional or multi-market operations.
  • Extensive leadership experience is needed for this position at least 15+ years within enterprise technology services, systems integration, or consulting environments.
