Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager tooversee HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and administrative tasks. Theideal candidate will support the owner with various tasks, including F&Bexperience, trademark and IP matters, and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage daily HR operations, including payroll processing

– Provide recruitment support and ensure smooth hiringprocesses

– Track licenses, permits, and other administrative tasks

– Coordinate with operations team on HR-related requirements

– Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law

– Support the owner with tasks related to F&B operations

– Handle trademark and IP matters, including registrationsand renewals

– Assist with insurance claims and related documentation

Qualifications

– 8-10 years of HR experience in a managerial role

– Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

– In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law

– Familiarity with F&B operations (advantageous)

– Understanding of trademark and IP laws

– Experience with insurance claims (desirable)

– Excellent communication, organizational, and leadershipskills
