Job Description

Knowledge

  • Good understanding of training and recruitment practices.

Skills

  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Creative, energetic, organized, with excellent follow-up skills and strong work ethics.

Experience

  • Preferably 2 years of internship experience in administration, training, and recruitment functions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is mandatory.

Job Activities

  • Support training and competency projects.
  • Update recruitment/mobility tracker regularly with the team.
  • Coordinate HR events and communications.
  • Update organizational charts.
  • Manage employee resumes for upload in HR4U.
  • Maintain shared drive records.
  • Consolidate vendor trade license information for compliance.
  • Coordinate inductions for new joiners and complete evaluation forms.
  • Assist HR/TD on various projects as needed.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
  • Implement group norms related to HSEQ and adhere to policies, maintaining TRIR 0.
  • Follow HSE policies and participate in safety training.
  • Report incidents, hazards, and injuries promptly.
  • Participate in incident investigations.
  • Adhere strictly to QHSE requirements and stop operations if safety is at risk.
