Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in the eCommerce industry.
- Understanding of digital marketing combined with marketing skills to drive business growth.
- Ability to highlight issues and provide solutions through data analysis.
- Ability to drive results, build relationships and collaborate closely with customers.
- Excellent business acumen and a growth-oriented mindset.

In this role, you will partner with global retail and eCommerce companies to develop comprehensive full-funnel marketing plans that align with their specific business objectives. By leveraging an understanding of our platforms alongside current media and consumer trends, you will create solutions in collaboration with a talented team of Googlers dedicated to driving client success.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans that enable cross-functional collaboration to position and implement the right Google solutions to meet our customers’ business and marketing objectives, resulting in the adoption of the right products and features.
- Build relationships with executive performance leads, brand managers, media directors, and Chief Marketing Officers at the advertiser and their partner ecosystem.
- Grow the share of Google performance and branding products in a portfolio of advertisers structurally.
- Translate business and marketing objectives to actionable performance plans.
- Persuade television decision-makers at the advertiser and incumbent partner to adopt Google’s branding solutions and YouTube with your brand advertising and Google product knowledge.
