JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage Infrastructure Operations

CERTIFICATIONS:

VMWare, MCSE, ITIL, RHEL & Cloud Certifications

EXPERIENCE:

15+ Years in managing Infrastructure operations

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

  • The resource should have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years’ experience managing large IT projects.
  • Experience in at least three private cloud deployment and management projects.
  • Coordinate with IT Infrastructure Administrators for implementing and commissioning IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Application teams for application-specific requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise on IT Infrastructure components.
  • Serve as SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
  • Provide onsite L3 Support for infrastructure issues.
  • Coordinate with NOC and AP Support teams for issue resolution.
  • Mandatory skills include VCF, VxRail, vRealize suite, VSAN, SRM, and NSX.
  • Expertise in Windows Server & RHEL Linux implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with AD, Exchange, and Mobile Device Management solutions.
  • Must be Microsoft MCSE certified and RHEL/RHCE certified.
  • Experience with Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage.
  • Experience managing SAP environments.
  • Ability to build infrastructure and maintenance calendars.
  • Experience conducting DR drills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with BMC Suite administration – TSSA, TSNA, and ITOM.
  • Knowledge of open-source containerization and Kubernetes is a plus.
