Now, we’re expanding—and looking for a Junior Accountant to help us keep our finances as organized as our shipments.

Role Overview

As a Junior Accountant, you will support our finance and operations teams by ensuring accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and processing key transactions vital to our fast-paced logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closings
• Support internal audits and compliance with accounting standards
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for COD and billing accuracy
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks is a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in English
• Understanding of logistics industry processes is a bonus
