Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain all machines in good condition.
• Preventive maintenance of all motors.
• Note and maintenance record of the machine and motor.
• Repairing work orders and carrying them out.
• Take care of lighting in general areas.
• Diary report to Asst. Chief Engineer.
• Attend meetings as assigned by Asst. Chief Engineer.
• Inform Asst. Chief Engineer of all happenings in the department.

Others

• Continuous learning through own IDP.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

• Technical College diploma.
• Minimum 6 years of direct experience in kitchen engineering in a hotel.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
