emltc is a dynamically growing law and tax consultancy firm with its headquarters in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) and its own offices in South Asia and East Africa. We specialize in advising medium-sized companies in so-called growth markets.

For our offices in the United Arab Emirates, we are looking for motivated colleagues with at least three years of professional experience and a very good command of English who can imagine working abroad on a long-term basis. Experience abroad would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite.

Your field of activity:

• Comprehensive involvement in the processing of demanding mandates
• Independent client processing and management after a short training period
• Project-related advice in the areas of company formation and foreign expansion
• Preparation of complex contracts
• Complex issues with cross-border relevance

Your profile:

• Very good knowledge of English (ideally through stays abroad (e.g. LL.M./MBA))
• Willingness to live abroad for many years
• Enjoy working in a team
• Above-average qualified fully qualified lawyers with at least three years of professional experience
• Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and action
