Azizi Developments is a leading Dubai-based developer expanding capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver innovative and value-driven real estate assets.

As a Lead Concept Architect – Residential, reporting into the Head of Concept – Residential, you will drive innovative design solutions across Azizi’s flagship projects – including Riviera, Mina on Palm Jumeirah, Creek Views, Park Avenue, and Venice – shaping concept strategies, guiding design excellence, and ensuring alignment with Azizi’s vision for world-class residential communities. This role is based at the Design Studio in the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, developing visionary ideas and strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling architectural concepts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure cohesive project development.
• Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies and environmental practices into designs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Should have at least 12 years of experience with UAE experience.
• Creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
