We are supporting a leading investment institution in the UAE in the appointment of a Digital Transformation Lead / Enterprise Architect Lead. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the organisation’s enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology architecture strategy.

The role will lead the modernisation of platforms, systems, and data architecture across both investment and corporate functions, ensuring technology solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, and aligned with long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture Leadership

  • Define and lead the enterprise architecture and digital transformation strategy across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain target‑state architecture for investment platforms, data, analytics, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish architecture standards, principles, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps.

Digital Transformation Delivery

  • Lead large‑scale digital initiatives including cloud migration, system integration, and platform modernisation.
  • Oversee architecture reviews for major technology initiatives and vendor solutions.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and strategic outcomes.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Partner with business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable, executable technology solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, data governance, and IT risk standards.
  • Work closely with risk, compliance, and security teams to maintain architecture integrity and governance discipline.

Candidate Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in enterprise architecture or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise‑wide technology programmes.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, integration architecture, and data platforms.
  • Experience within investment firms, sovereign wealth funds, or financial services organisations is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution.
