Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Sales Development Manager to join our Commercial team. You’ll focus on building a strong, predictable pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new business opportunities across our target markets, supporting the growth of our product portfolio.
About Product:
The SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator is a flexible, cloud-based jackpot management solution designed to boost player engagement, retention, and revenue for iGaming operators. It enables clients to create, customise, and run branded, cross-brand, network, and promotional jackpot campaigns with a variety of formats.
Purpose of the role:

You’ll drive early-stage revenue growth by building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads across priority segments.

You’ll ensure smooth handover of sales-ready opportunities by applying consistent qualification criteria and maintaining clear visibility across CRM systems.

Your work will strengthen our market positioning by translating product knowledge and competitive insights into compelling value propositions for potential clients.
Key responsibilities:

Design and execute outbound prospecting programmes (cold calls, email campaigns, social outreach) to identify and engage new business opportunities.

Manage multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns, delivering relevant insights and maintaining engagement until prospects are ready for sales handover.

Qualify leads against agreed criteria, schedule product demos or meetings, and ensure timely transfer to the sales team.

Build and maintain deep expertise in SOFTSWISS products and the competitive landscape, regularly benchmarking competitors to refine our value proposition.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring full data integrity across lead status, source, nurturing history, and outcomes.

Define, track, and analyse key performance metrics (qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline value) and present insights to leadership.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build relationships and generate strategic leads.
Required Experience:

2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar commercial role.

Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns.

Confident working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across international markets.

Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving funnel performance.
