Job Summary

BK Gulf LLC is recruiting a Logistic Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation, delivery, and storage of goods. He will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory management.
  2. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  3. Track shipments and update relevant parties on delivery status.
  4. Resolve any issues or delays in transportation and delivery.
  5. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and expenses.
  6. Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  1. UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator with import & export experience.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficient in relevant software for logistics management.
  6. Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
  7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
