Overview

The role holder is primarily responsible for all aspects of planning, budgeting, design, and execution for new projects as well as enhancement projects from Architecture & Interior Design/Fit-out by leading the design development from concept development stage to completion of comprehensive design stage and project delivery. The role holder is also responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer complaints through the support of the project management of refurbishment works & fit outs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, design, and execute for new projects and for enhancement projects in Architecture & Interior Design/Fit-out.




• Lead design development from concept to completion and ensure successful project delivery.




• Support project management of refurbishment works and fit-outs to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.

Experience and Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in Design Management and Project Management.




• Experience in both design development and execution is a must.
