What We’re Looking For

• ABachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, HospitalityManagement, or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence and asolid understanding of Marketing.
• A minimumof 1-2 of experience in a Luxury Marketing Role, showcasing a proven trackrecord of success in the profession.
• Basicknowledge of Marketing principles and concepts.
• Experiencein Luxury, Lifestyle, International Travel, or Hospitality is Preferred.
• Computerliteracy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and allSocial Media Platforms.
• Excellentinterpersonal skills, leveragingstrong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE TribeMembers, and stakeholders.
• Impeccablecommunication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Arabicand other additional languages are a plus).
• AProactive Nature with a meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the abilityto Multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
• Next-LevelOrganisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring theFIVE Tribe to New Heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Fosters abold and disruptive Approach to Marketing, solidifying FIVE’s reputation as Award-Winning,360-Degree Immersive Entertainment Destinations that goes beyond the ordinary,providing Unforgettable Experiences for our Guests.
• Proactively brainstorms, contributesand presents creative ideas for Marketing Campaigns to draw more attention tothe industry-leading ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
• Demonstrates Sensational Teamwork byworking closely with ‘FIVERs’ in other Departments to develop First-in-ClassIntegrated Marketing campaigns by Coordinating Promotional Activities, Eventsand Photo shoots.
• Collaborates with Graphic Designers to designcampaign collateral and ensures it has a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Flair, consistent withFIVE’s unique brand.
• Produces and Proofreads Insta-Worthycopy that communicates the famed ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
• Supportson photo shoots and Attends Events and Activations to capture video content forSocial Media Stories.
• Managesand follows a regular Posting Schedule, ensuring Top-Notch Consistency withsharing content.
• Monitorsand Actively Engages with FIVE’s Online Community, responding to Comments,Questions, and Reviews, Elevating FIVE’s Community Management to New Heights.
• Skillfullyenhances FIVE’s online Reputation by Monitoring Online Reviews, Responding toFeedback, and Addressing Guest concerns in a ‘FIVE-Star’ Fashion.
• Assistswith Addressing Guest Issues from all Social Media platforms and coordinateswith the relevant Department to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
• Continuously stays updated withIndustry Trends, Best Practices, and Emerging Technologies in copywriting anddigital marketing.
• Monitors CompetitorActivity to ensure FIVE’s boundary-breaking Marketing Strategies are alwaysahead of the curve.
• Coordinatesand executes all Marketing activities with Remarkable Finesse.
• Supportswith the Social Media Strategy across various platforms, as well as manages thecreation and publishing of this content.
• ExquisitelyPrepares and Distributes reports that consistently Set the Gold Standard inMarketing.
• Quickly andenthusiastically supports the Head of the Department with variousadministrative duties.
