As we continue to expand and attract more clients, we are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to help increase our visibility and generate quality leads.

Our modern office is located in City Walk, Dubai , an exclusive area that fosters a dynamic working environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on driving lead generation and expanding brand awareness in the mining sector.
• Campaign Management: Take ownership of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, analyzing and optimizing them to maximize ROI and conversion rates .
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, incorporating these insights into ongoing strategies.
• Content Creation: Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and campaigns to target and engage the right audience.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent and effective lead pipeline , aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing key insights and metrics for ongoing optimization.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in performance marketing , with a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads .
• Solid analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager .
• Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail in content creation and design .
• Highly self-motivated , organized, and proactive in managing marketing activities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ideally based in Dubai (UAE) or willing to relocate.
