Job Description

• Handle digital marketing activities including search engine optimization and website maintenance.
• Conduct email marketing, cold calls, WhatsApp communications, and receive calls.
• Act as a communication center for customers and the operations team.
• Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Monitor social media trends, suggest, and propose ideas.
• Prepare engaging content for both long-term and short-term campaigns to drive business growth.
• Undertake administrative tasks such as work scheduling and coordination.
• Maintain CRM, ERP, and other business support software.
• Support in preparing quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure continuous growth across all business operations.
• Develop business growth plans for general maintenance, cleaning, pest control, and real estate management activities.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend specific business opportunities for profitable growth and diversification in the UAE.
• Visit clients for marketing activities, close deals, and negotiate prices and contracts.
• Explore new market opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options for pest control, cleaning, sterilization, and real estate services.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients to increase revenue, including negotiating rates and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the UAE.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Stay updated with digital media developments.
• Creative written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Holding a valid driving license.
