Responsibilities

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
    • Management Reporting: Develop monthly quarterly and annual management reports to provide insights into financial performance trends and variances.
    • Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements including preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities including FATCA/CRS.
    • Reconciliations: Oversee the reconciliation process for all financial accounts ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
    • Tax Filings: Prepare and file all VAT and Corporate tax returns ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
    • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors providing necessary documentation and support to facilitate a smooth and timely audit process.
    • Budgets and Forecasts: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process providing accurate financial projections and analysis to support business decisions.
    • Internal Controls: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls over financial reporting and operations.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including accounting tax legal and operations to support business goals and objectives.

Requirements

    • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
    • Certifications: ACCA CPA ACA or CFA qualification is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management reporting and analysis.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS reporting standards tax regulations and compliance.
    • Skills:
    • Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Experience with budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
    • Understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
    • Personality: Selfdriven proactive and capable of working independently and as part of a team. A strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning.
