About Comera: Comera is a free-messaging app that allows you to talk to your friends and family via one-to-one chats, voice calls, and video calls through connectivity over mobile data or Wi-Fi. It also enables you to connect through group chats and lets you share photos, videos, documents, locations, and a whole lot more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements.
2. Able to debug memory leaks using XCode and Instruments tools.
3. Work in a fast-paced and learning-oriented environment.
4. Ensure quality and compliance standards within the team and make sure the team follows industry best practices.
5. Should have worked on projects from scratch.

Skills & Attributes:

1. Profound knowledge of Swift and Objective-C, expert-level proficiency in SwiftUI.
2. Experience in writing Unit test cases and familiarity with testing frameworks.
3. Experience with Chat, Audio/Video Calling, or Live Video Streaming Solutions.
4. Must have experience in scaling applications/services to millions of users.
5. Strong knowledge of design patterns and the ability to choose the best solution for the product.
6. Experience in Rest-APIs like JSON, XML.
7. Experience in Databases like SQLite (CoreData).
8. Knowledge of WebRTC and XMPP Frameworks is a plus.
9. Version Control/CI: Git, Fastlane.

Qualification & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in developing iOS Native programming.
3. 4+ years of relevant experience as an iOS Developer, with a solid understanding of common programming architectures, such as MVVM, MVP, VIPER.
